Noah Ullman is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving large-scale behavioral change and positive outcomes across diverse sectors, spanning Fortune 50 giants to startup ecosystems. With a rich background in both technology and nonprofit leadership, Noah has left an indelible mark as a strategic thinker with over a decade of international and multicultural experiences.
As an experienced collaborator with senior levels of industry and government, Noah has successfully launched over 20 products, ranging from household brand names to category creators. Noah's influence is driven by a results-oriented approach, a multifaceted management style that balances intellect and curiosity, and an unwavering passion for technology and mission-driven endeavors.
Noah's journey into the professional arena began at a young age, immersed in his family's manufacturing business. Following in his grandfather's entrepreneurial footsteps, he embarked on a venture with his brother, pioneering a glove controller for video games and PCs in the mid-1990s. Subsequently, Noah's trajectory led him to the videogame industry and, eventually, to Microsoft, where he assumed various roles in channel, audience, and partner marketing, as well as business development. His expertise in remote management flourished during his tenure in Munich, Germany, supporting 22 subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe.
Post-Microsoft, Noah ventured into the entrepreneurial realm again, this time delving into the wine business by importing from Central Europe. Learning the trade from the ground up, he traversed the streets of New York, building his import business into a national success, securing distribution in seven states and garnering acclaim from major wine publications, including the Wall Street Journal. This period refined Noah's presentation skills, as he showcased the wines to diverse audiences, including consumers, customers, and foreign dignitaries at consulates, embassies, and foreign ministries. After a brief return to the technology sector as a consultant, Noah was drawn to the national nonprofit Keep America Beautiful (KAB), one of his consulting clients. In 2018, he assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer, leveraging his extensive experience to further the organization's mission. While at KAB Noah identified and won the largest deal in the organization's 70-year history, drove the retirement of an iconic campaign and transferred IP rights to a Native American organization resulting in media coverage including NYT, NPR, WaPo, and CBS News, and developed a public service announcement that delivered over $80m in advertising value on a budget of less than $1m.
